Many people experience controller issues on Steam.GitHub is home to over 40 million developers working together to host and review code, manage projects, and build software together. It's a pretty cool feature for people who play from their couch. You can change all the cord shortcuts to whatever you want however, even disable them all if they cause problems or just ignore them if you don't use the guide button. I like this feature but there is no easy way to disable it currently which is not ideal. You might not even notice if you don't really use the guide button so it might not cause issues for you, maybe you might even find it convenient? Still, you should know if you had issues. It's kind if like the controller shortcut for screenshot that always existed but extended to more stuff. Just be aware that currently Steam has enabled "cords" functionality across all controllers recently. There was some bug that accidentally enabled this for people, should not happen again. My controller worked just fine prior to the update that added this lousy feature, so how do I disable the new feature so it leaves my games alone? Just tell me how to disable Steam's meddlesome new settings, please. Home Discussions Workshop Market Broadcasts.
